Dock Gangway Extension Kit – 4-ft x 10-ft

Description

This DIY Dock Gangway Extension Kit comes with all the hardware and 16-in floats you need to build your own floating 4-ft x 10-ft dock/swim platform. All you have to do is buy the wood and within a few hours you will have your very own dock. This kit comes complete with step-by-step instructions, floats, galvanized steel hardware and wood materials list. Hardware includes hinge connectors, inside and outside corners, lag bolts, washers, nuts, deck screws, etc. This kit is designed to last for many years. Our plans use 2-in x 8-in stringers and 2-in x 6-in treated wood. In addition our floats are a one-piece rotationally molded part eliminating seams that could cause water leakage. Our floats also use a thick shell of extra strong virgin polyethylene containing UV inhibitors making them resistant to the sun, salt water, freshwater, oil, gas, and marine organisms.  Each float is foam-filled with expanded polystyrene for optimal flotation. You have the option of creating a customized dock by adding a 4-ft x 10-ft gangway to our other dock/swim platforms connecting them to shore.  Check out our other dock kits and products in the related products section below.
