Shipping and Return Policy

Fast Shipping

We will always fulfill and ship your order fast! Most items ship directly from our Iowa warehouse. For specific large and/or heavy items, we may drop-ship directly from our manufacturers.

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. In-stock products ordered before 2:00 pm Central Time ship the same business day. Unless otherwise specified at the time of order, all products are shipped via standard UPS ground parcel service. LTL Freight may be used for very large and/or heavy items. For truck freight deliveries, the customer must provide a safe way to unload the products upon delivery. Lift-gate service is available in most locations for an additional fee.

Because we’re centrally located in the U.S., we can deliver to most locations within 3 days.

Return Policy

Generally, orders from our web store are final. However, some situations may require a return—for example, if you bought a replacement part for the wrong aerator model or the wrong size. Refund requests must be made no more than 14 days from the date of purchase.

We will acknowledge your return request as soon as possible.

Return new, unused, or unopened items in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and ensure they arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped to you. Include all original bags, boxes, materials, instructions, and packing. No credit will be given for damaged goods.

• The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and insurance unless the return is due to an incorrect order fulfillment.
• Please ship via a ground carrier using tracking (such as UPS). Get a delivery receipt with your tracking number.
• After we receive and verify that the returned item is in the same condition as when it was originally sent, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling fee, within 7 business days. This policy applies to all non-truck-freight products, including items featured in free shipping promotions.
• You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of dropping your package off with the return shipper (UPS or FedEx). If you paid for the product with a credit card, we must issue the credit to the same card. For security purposes (because we do not store credit card information), we may need to call you to obtain your credit card information to process the refund and issue the credit. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
