Credit Card Processing Error and Workaround

Bjornsen Pond Management online customers:

We are glad you are here and we appreciate all of you. We are currently experiencing a software-related issue that is affecting credit card transactions. In the past couple of days, we have determined some users were/are experiencing credit card processing errors.

We have determined that this error is affecting some Logged In store users (typically prior customers who have an account on bjpond.com). Users who are Not Logged In, are able to successfully process their orders. We think we have a temporary workaround on this:

Please follow the following directions:

  1. In you are a returning bjpond.com customer—or are currently logged in, please log out. You can do this by clicking here, or by clicking the small head silhouette in the top menu bar
  2. Shop as you normally would, placing items in your cart.
  3. When finished shopping, click checkout
  4. On the checkout screen, you will need to input your billing and shipping info (only if it is different from billing)
  5. Once you have done this, your credit card transaction should go through
