Limit of Liability. Customer’s exclusive warranty on any equipment and products is provided by manufacturer.  Late payments will be billed at an additional 1.5% per month.  In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect or consequential damages for any reason whatsoever. Maximum liability of the Company and Customer’s sole remedy for any proven damages caused by Company shall not exceed the total invoice amount paid by Customer.
