Our Ultra-Concentrated Pond Dye – 1 qt. Liquid treats a one acre body of water up to 6-ft deep. Our fish safe pond dyes limit sunlight penetration to the bottom of the pond. By using Bjornsen Pond Management’s Ultra-Concentrated Pond Dye along with MuckEater Pelleted Pond Bacteria, PondFit Beneficial Pond Bacteria, and Phosphate Binder you will create a natural and proactive approach to pond management. Our specially formulated colors (Blue, Midnight Blue, and Black) are very deep and rich.

When should I use pond dye?
For southern states that have no freeze over period, treat all year long. For northern ponds, begin dye treatments as soon as ice begins to melt, and continue applying until the pond freezes again.
How to apply liquid pond dye?
Bjornsen Pond Management’s Ultra-Concentrated Pond Dye is very intense—no mixing is necessary. Simply pour dye at multiple points around the pond. Dye will distribute through the pond within 24 hours.
Pond Dye Dosage Rate:
1 quart of dye treats 1 acre, up to 6-ft deep. Repeat application monthly for best results. For ponds with heavy water flow or during periods of heavy rain, dye may need to added more frequently.
Directions for use:
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
